Nic - Positive thoughts to you. It seems like all we do now is support those in need. Saturday my wife and I are going to a "celebration of life" for a work freind that passed away @ 52 from lung cancer. Don't seem to get through a week without someone running into a serious health challenge. Joyce and I were watching old videos of a reunion we attended in 1993 in NJ. there was a group shot of 12 of my dearest freinds in the world and 5 of them have passed away since. It is so sobering that so many have left this world. Makes one savor every second we are blessed with life, it is capricious at best. Make it a goal to tell everyone that matters how much you love them, it may be your only chance to do so!

Thoughts and prayers for my dear friend, Nic. You WILL beat this. God will watch over you. A beautiful tribute for my friend, Ira Rosenberg, tonight at our local bar. All the servers and bartenders donated their tips to his family. Got to talk to his wife, Kim..........so many stories about a wonderful human being. RIP, my friend. We are all wearing our Harley shirts in his memory. He was a huge Packers fan........back to back Super Bowl wins for Ira. RIP my friend. Thanks to all of you for your PM's......it means a lot to me. Love y'all Peace.............

Dear friends, brothers & sisters, Our friend and brother Nic is having more surgery tomorrow, Friday, Jan. 13th. Can we all send our prayers and/or send positive vibes/energy to him at the same time tonight, Thursday, Jan. 12th at 8pm est. Let’s all send a huge amount of energy his way. A few years ago when I went for an MRA in NYC for the brain aneurysm I seriously felt this huge rush of energy come over me. Maybe it was the huge magnet? Whatever it was it made me feel so good and I wanted to believe that it was positive energy from the people who cared about me. It was a tremendous feeling that swept over me like a flush but unlike a flush it felt really good. I felt it start at the bottom of my legs and quickly moved up passing through my entire body and head and arms. I’m hoping that we can all send this huge rush of energy and love to Nic. Let’s blast that damn cancer outta him!!!! 8pm est tonight, please pass this along to your friends and family. Please post to your Facebook wall and invite your friends. Thank you. Love to all!

Hi all. TuffJew, I have not liked any cars since the 60's and the '55-'57 chevys are my favorites. But, there are a lot of great looking cars from the late '40's thru the '60's. Remember when every car company had it's own flair/design concepts? I have not been able to tell cars apart since the '70's. There are little boxes and big boxes! LOL, I'm officially an old fart.

:clapping: Eddie VH..thats what its all about! Leah and Patrick really enjoyed your posts... One of the nicer things about the great state of FLA, is how many retirees go to the trouble of finding and restoring the classic cars of their youth. Most weekends they hold get-togethers, showing off their rides with golden oldies playing in the background. Gotta love it.

now heres a generous gesture - Rocker Eddie Van Halen has become a real-life guitar hero after donating 75 electric guitars from his personal collection to schools in Los Angeles. The rocker, who recently announced plans for a new album and tour with his reunited band Van Halen, handed over the guitars to the Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports music education in public schools. The instruments will go to schools that need guitars to meet the demands of students. Announcing the generous gift on Wednesday, Van Halen said in a statement, "Music is the universal language. It has the ability to transcend and convey every human emotion that exists without saying a word. Music kept me off the streets and out of trouble and gave me something that was mine that no one could take away from me." "Music education and families are dealing with the economic times, and I wanted to help them. If I can help a kid discover a liking, or even a passion for music in their life, then that's a wonderful thing. Music has provided a good life for me and hopefully it can help make life better for others with this donation." just blows my mind that he even had over 75 guitars
