They should consider Jon Gruden. Ex-NFL coaches (even w/mediocre records--see Pete Carroll) usually prosper in college. But I've heard he's not being seriously considered for the job. What they should've done in the first place was hire Sylvester Croome (sp?) when they had a chance. Horace EAPFP
