just want to take a minute and say that I assisted with the actual book signing and Gregg greated 200 people. I was in ears length to him talking and he took time with each fan and listened to their stories. He did not take one break or become short with the fans . He was so tired you could tell but made sure he paid close attention to what each one said and even accepted several gifts with much graditude for them. I have to say I was worried of how he would interact with the fans including myself and he went above and beyond if you ask me. Very good time and great memories. Thank you to The Big House and Gregg Allman
also appearing in b'ham--theresa andersson from new orleans--6/10

my Dad worked in Tarrytown for a few years..forgot how much I miss seeing walking in the door late at night (long drive from Tarrytown to BKLYN in those days)
shaking off the cold wet snow, he had this same hat and coat for years..gray on gray on gray, maybe a little gray curly fur around the ear muff part of hat..some kind fo tweed..and I loved the way he smelled..not perfumed, just hard working man - Daddy
you didnt dare get in his way, and dinner better be hot on table within a minute or two, but then after, there he was, he'd sit in his easyt cahir a monet, pul me up on his lap then carry me into my room, tuck me in.
Deb, you should have been there! girl, you must be Gregg's number 1 fan, we've got to get you to meet him..
Frankly, I missed seeing lots of folks, JuDan and Marci and Jodie...funny to go to the Big House and not seeing Kirsten there hugging and welcoming everyone in ...
Rose Hill is really something..striking,compelling...
She draws you in, come here and stroll..admire my ancient tombs ... the incredibly poetic epitaphs..how gracious and eloquent the folks of old were...
As we climbed over a low hill, we saw a woman standing tall, full length tye-die skirt , gay and flowing life, a sudden sharp contrast in the solemn mist.
I 'd like to think her outstretched arms were reaching thru in pray to Brother Duane and Brother Berry...it was quite a sight..I joined her in silence from our vantage point.
Not to further disturb the moment, we headed over to lay a yellow rose on Heddy's memorial..
I couldnt help but notice, the dreary green-gray of crumbling granite, suddenly gave way to a burst of vibrant colour.
A single ,giant yellow Daylily had unfurled and bowed over Heddy memorial, while hundreds of chartreuse green buds patiently waited their turn.
the little Japanesse Maple GABBA had planted so many years ago, remains delicate, if more picturesque with age, wine red leaves gently fluttering in a sudden breeze.
God bless Macon Georgia..great lady of the South

I recommend Undaunted - first cut off of the cd if you want to give them a listen
Anyone familiar with this band - Surprisingly I really like them - well written songs and their vocalist has the perfect voice for their music -
I highly recommend them - they are more rock than metal.
Adrenaline Mob is a heavy metal supergroup formed by singer Russell Allen (Symphony X), guitarist Mike Orlando and drummer Mike Portnoy (Ex-Dream Theater). The band was formed in early 2011 and performed their first live performance on June 24, 2011 at the Hiro Ballroom in New York City, with the addition of bass player Paul DiLeo (Fozzy), and rhythm guitarist Rich Ward (Stuck Mojo/Fozzy). They released a YouTube video of a cover version of the Black Sabbath classic "The Mob Rules" on June 27, 2011 to promote the band. On New Year's Eve 2011, Adrenaline Mob announced via their Facebook page that they would release their full length studio album, Omertà , on March 13, 2012, and also revealed the album art.
On January 7, 2012, the band announced the departures of Rich Ward and Paul DiLeo due to scheduling conflicts with their other bands. On February 8, 2012, it was announced that John Moyer (Disturbed) is Adrenaline Mob's new bass player. John has made his onstage debut with the group on March 12, at New York City’s Hiro Ballroom, a day before the release of the band's debut full-length album, Omertà .
I would love it if they opened for the Mule on NYE.
