Hey Tony, this is Tony 🙂 How dare you suggest we talk about music here? I should flame you for that! SkyPonyGuy! HB HB HB HB HB have fun! Thinking of Bobo, I hope he had a quiet and special family day. The man is a warrior. So in an ABB vein, what is up with brother Gregg? Cancelling dates? Sick? My only guesses would be semi serious in nature, hope I'm wrong.....

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving . we were fortunate to spend it with our family and even though the first without my Dad, we had the new baby to celebrate and another on the way, so it was good and much to be thankful for. Happy Birthday to those celebrating and to those I missed. Never seems to be enough hours in the day to sit down and do what I want to do, so today I play catchup. Prayers to all those in need of them from all of the Jamgram family.

Hmmmm....not one to label, conservative or liberal, but would rather judge by results. Name calling is for children, the last I saw at the Beacon most of us were Adults. Happy Thanksgiving to all of yopu and BoBo may the force be with you. Peace.

On this Thanksgiving...I would like to thank my son Brandon, Reddog and to all who have served or are currently serving at home and overseas for helping to protect our country and liberties. I certainly hope this site gets back to talking about music , the purpose for which it was intended. Seems like every subject covered from very opinionated bunch except music. While I sympathize with everybody's plight, from sick dog's to religion, let's respectfully get back to flaming each other about music! MTB original lineup DVD/CD release circa 1977 due to out Dec. 4...should be a great one! Does anyone know if there will be any Beacon dates in March?

Lets change the subject from one powder keg to another! I say we go from politics to religion!! 😆 :lol2:  I was in a check out line at a supermarket a few years back and was purchasing a 12 pack of German Beer (Spaten). The woman behind the counter I knew was German and I made a fun mention that I had German beer and "... no doubt you know it?" To which she replied "Oh no! I'm a Christian and can't drink alcohol" Me: "Who told you that? Christ drank wine" Her "Oh no. That was really just grape juice." Me: "Look lady, the Bible says it was wine. You know what that means? It means it was WINE. If it was juice, the Bible would have called it juice! It was wine! And you know what? Someone in that fly-by-night religion they conjered up last week and suckered you to join, has been keeping you from having a great time!". 😮 😮 😮 😆 :lol2:  .... okay, so I took a few liberties with that little anecdote.... but hey, I'm an author 😆 :lol2: .

Well Bird, if you took the time to read my original post, I was not posting a view rather asking a question. The "what would you do" kind of thing; I just wanted a liberal perspective. Not a single liberal here answered the question, instead it resorted to rules, name calling, and insults....you know the typical around here stuff.

Praying for Bobo and his family this evening. Had an amazing surprise today just about an hour before Thanksgiving dinner was served. My son Mike came home from Jackson, MS! Made my day for sure and reminded me how greatful I am to have him in my life 🙂 Hope all of you also had a great time today.

Late yesterday afternoon, oldcoot posted this in Bobo's thread in the Whipping Post. I know that there are many in the GB that never make their way over to the Forum so I wanted to share this here. Coot's post: " I just spoke with Denise and there's no easy way to say this. Bob is hospitalized once again. I asked if it was associated with the infection problem he'd had and Denise said no, it's the progression of the disease. She is hoping to bring him home Friday or Saturday. She said it in a way that it's so he'll be home instead of in the hospital. She was crying. I was crying. I told her how much Bob's friendship has meant to me and to all of us and she thanked me for sharing that with her. I am planning on calling again Friday with the hope of speaking to Bob. Say some extra prayers for all the O'Briens. It's Thanksgiving and I'm thankful for many things, the many blessings that I have. One of the biggest ones is knowing someone like Bob and having him as my friend. " Please say an extra prayer for Bobo today. Bobo is one of the BEST men that God has EVER placed on this earth. Thank you.
