Thanks, Gerald! You are very kind and I am now much better informed. :chimney:
Hot damn, sounds like a cool time in Hot 'Lanta!
Hi Jody! :waving:
My friend Lisa has an extra ticket in the pit, row C, for Saturday night and is asking face value.
She says, "I have an extra ticket row c in the orchestra if you know of anyone in need, face value. Dont want just anyone too have it only a TRUE fan!"
Lisa is a sweetheart and the seat is next to hers -- she asked me to post it for her here so someone in the famABBly could use the ticket. Send me a PM and I'll put you in touch.

I love your description:
"Raleigh and Charlotte were both tremendous shows ... Raleigh, a peachfully blissful, wonderous birthday present to a powerful spirit; Charlotte a bluesy, galloping celebration of life. I couldn't stop dancing, or marveling at the magic that was unfolding in front of my eyes, swirling into my ears!"
Your expressiveness is itself music to my ears!
Love,
Janet

Would someone post the link to Atlanta/Chastain Roll Call thread? I am forum challenged and searched every topic :eyes: and came up empty. What's the auction for?
Thanks and EAPFP.
Hey ya'll I just got the latest from Dan Toler, here ya go:
Frankie Toler is home and he is eating like a hog, loving ever bite but is still going to need a liver transplant. We are waiting for doctor approvals to take him to gainsville to hopefully be put on the transplant list. He misses playing and talks about it all the time. Lord willing he will be behind a set of drums again one day. Hopefully by the end of this week we will know the date and venue of the benefit. Right now hopefully Sarasota.
If you are interested in sending a donation to help Frankie with his medical expenses you can do so now.
You can walk in any "Bank of America" and make a donation in the name of , "Benefit for Frankie." Located in Bradenton Florida, Bayshore branch. Here is the number and the address if you have any problems.
6160 14th St W
Bradenton, FL 34207
941-727-2200
We thank you so much for your prayers. By all means please continue. Thank you and GOD Bless You from the Toler family.

Savannah hope you are well with today being such a reminder for your mother's passing. Please try to remember the good times and hold her close to your heart. Hope your friend Si is doing better.
Stone thoughts still with you!
Nic-y....I pray for you and healing daily! Love ya!

Hi all. Sounds like some great shows going on recently-wish I was there!
Hi and thanks to Carol for the package and Ashley for the artwork. We have it up in the kitchen. Plus a signed cd from one of Carol's local faves-nice surprise.
Hey yall, check out the videos Susea posted in the forum...Dickey!
Same here Bill! We will be at the Pre-show party/auction at Chastain Park before the Saturday show (see the Atlanta/Chastain Roll Call thread in the Forum for details).
Fri, will certainly be stopping by the HTN booth prior to the show and probably at halftime, too.
Thanks Luke...I'll check that out.
Hotlantim......hope to catch up with you this weekend.
LUKE, I saw your post in the SPARE TICKETS forum. You had a reply. Did you see it? I feel pretty confident that you could also unload these outside the venue at Chastain.
It may be a Stormy Monday, but come FRIEDay, we'll be Southbound Mama!!!! The crew from Buffalo will be shufflin' off to Atlanta for the shows and can hardly wait. Brother Jeff just did the four shows with Phil & Phriends and had glowing reports along the way. We'll clean him up and get him ready for a couple more.
Hey, where are the pre-show parties in Atlanta??? Seems to be some fun planned after each, but we always like to get in the right frame of mind prior with other ABB fans. I believe we're staying near the venue at the Hilton Suites.
Random thoughts...
Man, I'm really getting psyched for the show tomorrow night, after reading the reviews. Looks like I'll have a spare ticket in the lower section, if anybody needs one.
May have to drag meself on up to NYC next spring after all--I've been doing only the odd-numbered years. Sounds like the guys are really into doing something different, something special.
I hope the powers that be will remember the CRS guys, and their role in the early days. And I know it's a real long-shot, but if they could find a little place for the guys that have been out there for 40 years too, keeping the music alive...Barry Richman, Lefty, Brent, Alec, others.
Really looking forward to seeing everybody tomorrow night, and again at the end of the month.

What a great weekend. Sitting here this morning thinking about that killer show we saw on Saturday. Both bands were just awesome. A lot of Dead fans were in AWE after the Allmans set. I felt the same way after Phils set too. Jackie and Larry are amazing.
I was having an ABB Saturday while cleaning - had not listened in a while so I put on August 2007 The Sky is Crying - how cool was it that they played this song this past weekend and it was SRV's birthday - I played it over and over and am now ready for the Beacon - LOL - not sure how I'll manage it, but I'll be there for hopefully at least two shows.
Go Dodgers - good for you Joe Torre!!
Steve has left Iraq!!
Big Windy's Dad is in my thoughts and prayers for a speedy and complete recovery.
The happiest of birthdays to the sweetest lil peach - Natalie - hope your day was as wonderful as you are!
GO WHITESOX...............EAPFP
