I tried to order tickets for the presale today using the link that Lana sent, but the link told me my user name and password didn’t match, and when I clicked “forgot password”, it told me that my email was not in the system. Can anyone help me? I want these tickets!

My password and user name got me here just fine, so I don’t know what is going on!

I’ve read all the posts and have more or less given up trying to figure out how to take advantage of today’s presale for Mansfield and Hartford. WHAT SITE DO YOU USE? WHAT ADDRESS DO YOU GO TO? Ticketmaster (where it’s not posted)? THIS site? All I see so far are the VIP packages, on TM.

If anyone can enlighten me, I sure would appreciate it! Thanks.
