The abb was not in Jackson, ms. on 07-30-72. They had just performed there on the 20th. I
am not sure where they played on the evening of 07-30-72, but it was NOT in Jackson, Mississippi. Maybe someone can add to this thread with the correct information.

My dad was at this show. Did Marshall Tucker Band open?

Worked backstage on the ambulance from St. Clares Hospital this night. Met the whole band and they all signed a Poster we had brought with us. Also have some black and white photos, Gregg on Keyboards and Dickey taken at this performance by a photographer from Rolling Stone( then in Newspaper Format) It was the largest venue I had seen them in to date. Little did I know the next weekend I would see them in the largest concert in the History of ABB or anyone else! Watkins Glen….
