This was a benefit for Lawton Chiles campaign for governor. The band brought onstage to jam a young man named Derek Trucks who the crowd looked at initially and said, oh isnt that cute. As soon as he started to play the looks on everyones faces changed as they realized..this shy youngster was going to be a force in music.
