Just for historical accuracy, this show was performed at the old Boston Garden (not the Boston Common as is noted here). Edgar Winter was the opening act. The opening number was the then standard “Don’t want you no more > It’s Not My Cross to Bear”.
I was 14 and this was my first concert. Wish I could remember more.
