The Allman Brothers Band DID NOT perform in Charleston, SC, on this date. They were in Charlotte, NC, on April 21, 1973. I know because I was there, too. They were the final act at an all-day outdoor festival in the American Legion Memorial Stadium. The bands who performed that day, in order of appearance were Goose Creek Symphony, Brownsville Station, Wet Willie, The Marshall Tucker Band, ZZ Top, the Mahavishnu Orchestra and the Allman Brothers Band!
