Cleaning house, came across 2 boxes of tapes that I forgot I had.
I got them from a guy who was liquidating his collection. Serious amount of music. Mostly ABB/Gregg/Dickey/Mule plus various others. Sorry, no smoking gun lost show.
Just putting out a feeler, if there is any interest I might pass them on. Between the 2 boxes must be near to or more than 100 tapes.
I just finished a 2 year project of putting over 650 tapes of live recordings on external hard drives. I'm gonna' keep the shows that I recorded but the rest are going in the trash. No one I know is interested in them.
You got that right. I didn't even have a working deck so I bought a cheap boombox. Figured I would check out my old tapes. Didn't happen.
Nonetheless I can't seem to part with them. Tossing them in the trash would be a big step, kind of like a "Hoarders" episode.
