Hey Ron! I hope all is well in Sk-what-les.
It is very well.
Going into year three with my awesome girlfriend.
Had a great Summer of music so far with a bunch of Fall shows lined up including Mule-O-Ween.
We'll have some changes coming with the florist shop closing at the end of the year but we'll find a way to get through it.

I could use some Mule, but I'm going to miss them this tour.
I can't really complain-I've been to more shows this year than any other. Also trying to rebuild my man cave after we had some flooding. Having a bit of fun designing and building a new bar in the basement.

I'm going to Carolina
We had some great fun yesterday.
Last Spring I was in Midas waiting for an oil change to be done.
One of the other guys in the waiting room was wearing a sweatshirt with "7th Annual Zappa Party" on the back and the FZ mustache on the front.
Being a huge FZ fan I asked him about it.
He said every year he throws a pig roast the weekend before Labor Day.
Combination celebration of FZ and his music and a remembrance of his late son.
Needless to say he invited us to the 2016 event.
Other than the host I didn't know a single person there but as usual in this small world one of the guests used to hang with my sister and her husband years ago.
The pig was excellent, party was on the beach property Jim owns across the road from his house.
I'll post some pics of the shirts they had for sale, (of course I bought one) and the signs around the party.
They even had the notorious Zappa Crappa poster taped to the portajohn.
We will be attending this event from now on.

Maybe a request for the long timers here, I've been looking for a while now for my copy of ABB 12/31/75 Jacksonville, which is supposedly the 45 minute encore where the band plays "The Sky Is Crying" and "Take Your Hand Out of My Pocket" out of nowhere.
Can anyone help me out with a copy?

As for me, finally got in better shape and looking at working one more year then retiring...from my job, still want to find things to do....not that I'd be bored! 😉
That's great Neil ... I have been happily retired for 5 years now ... sometimes I think about work ... but then I wake up and realise it was just a bad dream ...

Going to Jeanne's high school 40th reunion this weekend.
Should be fun, most of my friends were in her class.
The new place looks nice, Some things never change.
And boy am I happy about that!
