His half sister Simone (R.I.P.) and her husband Phillip lived outside of Macon in the town of Gray, Georgia and used to see the Allman Brothers Band in Central City Park and Piedmont Park back where it all began. I used to trade tapes with Vince and his Mom, Boots, taught me a lot about blues music.

 

I haven't talked to Vince since 2007, but would like to wish him well and publicly say that I hope life has been okay to him.
