It is quite amazing actually how he can continue to appoint bad candidate after bad candidate. Right now he is probably wondering who he could appoint to damage the environment even more? That is one deep barrel he is scraping the bottom of.

The government does not function at full capacity without consistency in key positions. We KNEW there would be transitions and most thought it would only take a year of that, but it has taken longer. Trump knows what he wants and is demanding, but once he gets HIS team in place, things should function the way they should. part of the problem has been the ongoing harassment of him by the FBI. They still keep harping on Russia and the elections. Putin likes him, so what? Putin wanted him elected, so what? They have not proven collusion. For a foreign leader to say they like one candidate or another does not mean something underhanded is going on, IF that were the case then you could say Osama influenced Bush's re-election, because after 9-11 when they asked him who he wanted as president (for the next election) he said "Bush of course!", so did he influence that election?
