Day 3

The Liar In Chief will no longer release his tax returns. Remember during the campaign that he always said after the audit. Did anyone really believe him, and why would they? Would be very interesting to see what's in those returns. He's proving how transparent he isn't.

What is interesting is that Trump advocates the US dissolving some of its formal relationships with countries yet he won't tell Americans which countries he has financial relationships with. Given there has to be some relationship between the two isn't this--to put it lightly--a potential huge conflict of interest.

Would kind of be surprised if they don't somehow get leaked at some point.

I'm not saying that anyone at the IRS should do that, but I am saying I think it seems possible.

Sick .. not something I have every read here during the Obama years. Why is it acceptable now? Because your hollywood idols are spouting off like this?

So nobody ever hung Obama in effigy? Nobody said he was born in Kenya? Was a Muslim? A terrorist? Go back and read some of the garbage people like Muleman posted in here.

And, BTW, a Federal lawsuit is being filed on Monday by some very educated constitutional experts concerning Trump's violation of the Emolument clause. So, the wheels are in motion.

Since his taxes were audited by Pres Obamas IRS team, and he is not being charged with Tax Fraud or Tax Evasion , its good enough for me to move on and off this topic.

Wow. 3 days after election he did a complete reversal on what he campaigned on telling the American voters, and you're willing to stick your head in the sand. Many many times he said he'd release returns after the audit = ONE BIG LIE. Odds are he never had any intention of releasing them. There are millions of people that would probably like to know DETAILS of what it is that he doesn't want the people that he represents to know.

Good for you Goob. You'll probably give him a pass on every other backtrack that he campaigned on and every lie that he tells. Accountability is more than just a vocabulary word.

I say that in response, as many millions of Americans that can make the trip...head to DC on April 15th to turn in their tax returns in person.

We've got ours, show us yours.

If I can determine from your spelling what you really are asking, I'll pass on the answer because you probably already know the answers. If you've ever filed a tax return, you should know the kinds of things one finds in a tax return.

On the other hand, why do you think he campaigned one way with no intention (after the audit) then flipped to "no release"? What would you think he's hiding and why?

Every election voters decide what information is relevant and vote accordingly. Next cycle when Crooked Hillary wants to give it one more shot, or "I got a lakehouse by folding like a cheap suit" Sanders, tax returns may once again become relevant. It certainly is not the media or Debbie Wasserman Schultz crying for their release that should be the reason for their release.

I don't hope to find anything. It's just a transparency thing. Why not release them if he has nothing to hide? He said he would release them, so why not live up to your word and do it? This is his chance to prove he isn't a liar, at least for this promise.

Every election voters decide what information is relevant and vote accordingly.

In 1972 voters ignored a Presidential conspiracy to cover up a break in to the DNC headquarters. I'm not saying we will find anything in Trump's tax returns, but the results of an election are not proof of an absence of impropriety (opinions are not facts). Generally if a candidate has something to hide, he/she will attempt to hide it. It creates a lack of trust.

More "alternative facts" from YOU. 😛

The people didn't care about Donald Trump's tax returns. Only the far-left loons who had no real issues to discuss or plans to offer.

What, no more hollering for Hillary's Wall Street Speeches?

"A Washington Post-ABC News poll"
- two left-wing organizations. How do you think any poll they take would turn out?

They also had polls that said Hillary Clinton would win the election.
And how did that turn out?

It's tough to drain the swamp when you're filling it.

During the campaign, Trump said he'd release his tax returns when he was done being audited. Once he was elected, his camp said he would NOT release them. Quite a turnaround. You've been had.

He rode into office claiming he'd get rid of the "pay to play" in Washington, but look at Betsy DeVos, whose shocking lack of experience with public schools is matched by the shocking amount of cash she has given the Republicans. She bought her way in.

Check out the many business ties / conflicts of interest held by the other cabinet members. Drain the swamp?

Donald declared he would root out voter fraud, such as people registered in two places to vote - um, that would include his daughter and his adviser Steve Bannon.

Ah, bringing honesty and intelligence to Washington! Good thing the Donald is keeping Comey around, right?

As far as his tax returns, Wikileaks has been sending out feelers. If Wikileaks can get the returns, they will leak them.
