Seriously, does anyone see blue & black in the photo above? I've seen other photos where it is blue & black, but the photo about is obviously white & gold. Right? Bueller??

I see gold and white. The wife sees black and blue. But the actual picture of the dress from the company apparently looks the same to both of us.

I just read that the dress is blue and black. The pictures that seem to be white and gold are heavily backlight with white. The backdrop plays tricks on our minds that can cause it to appear gold and white.

Color and perception of color is purely subjective. What you see is the actual color, what someone else sees is also the actual color.

You just knew this was going to come up.
