Also saw a story that his children can no longer be involved w/the foundations b/c they were stealing from children’s charities - if true, that’s a worse thing than the misuse of funds that, as you said, resulted in a $2M fine - it wasn’t fake news after all

There is this internet search engine called Google, try that.
I searched "Trump Charity Case", got pages of current articles, but once again ALL CORRUPT LIBERAL MEDIA. NOT ONE itty bitty report from Fox, Breitbart, Newsmax, or other conservative news. Therefore it is Fake News, did not happen.
Oh wait, hold on, I found a report on page 4 of Google search, from some noname Fox affiliate. Must have happened.

Hey, even Fox News reported it and admitted it was illegal activities, although they still sanitized it. But here you go. Using Google and finding a more unbiased site will give you more information on the misuse of funds and that the foundation money was mostly from other people and not Trump himself.

You forgot the official White House briefings...except they no longer exist. The latest press secretary, Stephanie Grisham has held zero I believe. But she has plenty of time to run to FOX. Hopefully when we get a new president, normalcy in briefings will begin again following Spicer, Sanders, and invisible Grisham.

Old news. This goes back to the dissolution of The Trump Foundation in 2018 for funneling $ to his campaign, paying off TO debts, & buying a portrait for his club = stealing aka misappropriation. Despite vowing to fight the charges, Trump ADMITTED WRONGDOING & settled the case last month and was approved by a judge last week. The $2mm in damages is in addition to whatever was left in the Fund & will be paid to 7 non-profits unrelated to any of the Trumps.
The concession from the NYS AG was that Trump isn't barred from ever running a non-profit again & the 3 Ivana kids are allowed to serve on non-profit boards after taking "training."
