I was watching The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and Clint Eastwood was on doing an interview. He said how he had faced similar problems with ED and that they (he and his wife, Jennifer Flavin) had taken Dr. Oz's recommendations for VXL, which was the only thing that cured his ED permanently.
