Amongst all of the major news channels, there seems to be one common denominator. The delegate count. Yeah, Bernie is on a roll, but given HC's lead, it takes on the importance of nothing more than "trading baskets"..... Win all the states in a row you want, but if they are not "Winner take all"...you're swimmin' up river. I believe only Montana, S.D. & New Jersey remain in the queue as wta....

That's how I see it also BIGV, she has it wrapped up.

And on the other side, the only question is will The Donald reach the magic # or not.

If Cruz or ??? get the nod at a brokered convention, might we possibly see 2 "third party" candidates in Trump & Bernie?

Anybody but Hlllary and would not that be fun?

It looks unlikely that he will. And when he doesn't all bets are off. Right now Cruz has been the go-to guy for folks wanting to stop Trump, but once Trump fails to get the delegate count I expect the "Stop Cruz" activity will heat up. The Republicans don't want him and they realize that it's not likely that either Cruz or Trump could beat Hillary. So will they get behind Kasich, or maybe someone else like Ryan or Romney? That is anyone's guess, but I think the reason Kasich is staying in the race is because he has received assurances that he'll have strong party support at a brokered convention. He has the best chance of winning the general for the Republicans. It's going to be interesting, that's for sure.

The super delegates are what is giving her the wide margin, and super delegates can change their mind whenever they want. The pledged delegates that are awarded based on primary results are much closer. She's obviously the front runner, but there is still enough time and delegates left for things to change.

The only reason I think Bernie can win the nomination is because Mule says he can't.

No matter what happens, this has to be one of the ugliest elections in American history.

Why can't we go back to dueling?

Dueling is done with guns.
Liberals are against guns (except for their own use or their security staff).

That is why we cannot go back to dueling little billy.
