Another fight with a woman on the horizon for the esteemed leader of the military? Forbid that he can't oversee a parade of our military strength that neither the DOD nor the American Legion wanted. Might you expand your premise to compare his personal travel costs to previous Presidents. And while you do that, compare his costs to that of Obama? You know, the same Obama that Trump railed against Obama's travel costs.

I Googled "washington dc mayor military parade" and didn't see anything where the mayor was "getting ripped apart" by the press or our nation's citizens. I'm sure there are some who disagree with the mayor but my bet is the country isn't losing any sleep with the parade being canceled.
If you were really looking forward to attending it, you can always go to France and attend its parade. I'm sure the president would love to have you join him.
