Is gun control your chief issue alloak?

No. Animal endangerment.

I thought it was freedom to troll internet message boards without anyone questioning said troll. 😮

You forgot the "G" word...gridlock. It's his favorite. I'll bet even more than "animal endangerment".

It would be interesting if a Republican wins the White House. Gridlock will evolve into obstructionism and become a bad thing.

I'll bet we know someone who thinks obstructionism is a good thing and maybe the way the system was designed to work.

Gridlock is not an issue, it's a condition.

In your free time maybe you can teach the art of parsing of words, or maybe parsing is not an art?

Anyone going to watch the debate tonight? The political junkie in me would like to, but the lawn doesn't mow itself. 😛

These types of events are always fun to follow in twitter as it's going on.

Certainly not anything there for anyone of a liberal bent, but the repartee might be interesting.

Like baseball in April, I can't be bothered to pay any attention to this circus so early in the season. The smart candidates know early front runners are eaten up by the pack by primary season. This debate might make good TV, but it's just a dog and pony show - none of it ultimately matters.

At the very least, as a former proud-WI resident, I'm hoping Scott Walker looks like the fool he is on the national stage. In just a few short years, he's managed to tear away so much of what made WI a progressive model of a state over the previous century.

Yeah, that's probably why he won three elections in four years.

You should see what Sam Brownback has done to Kansas. At least he isn't running for President.

Never underestimate the stupidity of the voters as Bush was elected twice....... 😉

So the Circus comes to town tonight with the GOP debates.

The practice squad candidates go on at 5pm and the first team scrimmages at 9pm.

So does anyone think we will hear anything of substance tonight?

Really looking forward to Bill Maher's take when he returns tomorrow night. Should be a very entertaining episode.

3 elections he barely won, one of which (the recall election) only occurred because of his actions. Those wins had more to do with Walker's immense contributions from special interests interests outside of the state (yes, both sides receive money, but Walker's was a mountain of money). It wasn't all money, though, the Democratic Party of WI was never able to rally together and produce a focused candidate. Not to mention, he made it harder for people to simply vote. I give Walker credit for making his message simple and focused, even if most of it is completely lies.

Winning an election isn't proof of governing success.

Yeah G. Dubya winning twice is proof of that. Grin
