I don't have any idea what its like to live where ever it is you live...so I make no comments about what state you live in but most of you seem to live in the state of denial....

I do know this We are the 6th largest economy in the world. Our housing prices are very high...Why??!! because it a great place to live and people pay the price to be around those who aren't prejudging them based on fear.

Although sometimes I think California would be better off as an independent nation (we pay far more federal tax than we get back), I am not in favor of Calexit. Basically it is a permanent response to a temporary problem. Trump will be gone in 3 years and I will be surprised if the backlash from the Trump unpopularity doesn't leave the Democrats in control of Congress as well. The rest of the country won't want to lose California so a succession won't be successful without approval of congress, and nobody will want to fight a war over this.

In that Tucker interview there is an intersting point in the interview when the Calexit supporter shares his belief that he is fine (really prefers) that the middle class all move to Texas or out of state as they no longer share the same beliefs and values as the remaining poverty (read illegal and minorities) and uber wealthy classes in Cal. Its pretty astounding to hear. He says it with the liberal "I know best what the state of CA should look like in the future. "

CalExit is not a ploy and there are many high ranking people who want it to happen. We had a thread about it, and you will see them emerge if we have he civil war here.

I'm sure in every state there is some percentage of people who live in caves and believe propaganda....

I'm a native of 60 years...I was born here.....I have never talked to anyone who said that they want CA to leave the US....Are there wacka doos????....oh ya....But there are wack doo's all over the world

I'm also sure there is a percentage of people where you live that would like your state to move to secession
