In RI, they'd have to sell it by the ton to fix our bridges (we're 50th in the country) roads and potholes.

If they had reciprocity with NY and potheads could come over to little Rhody to buy it, I think you would have that revenue.

The real revenue generated by cannabis is in industrial and medical. It is poised to become a mammoth industry, energy and textile applications, nutritional, pharmaceutical. "Potheads" are a small part of the equation. You don't know the first thing about cannabis.
