One possible reason The FBI didn't recommend any charges in clinton email cases

Beside Bill Clinton appointing AG Loretta Lynch to a U.S. attorney position in 1999 it appears that FBI director James Comey was a board member of HSBC, a Clinton Foundation donor. It looks like a possible conflict of interest. Both of these people should have recused themselves in the email controversy and an independent prosecutor should have been appointed. There will always be some doubt about the integrity of the investigation.

Seems like a pretty distant relationship. Let's be honest here, if Comey was on Hillary’s side he wouldn't have even had such harsh words about her. They didn't recommend charges because none were warranted. He could have stopped there, but he instead tried to do damage to her. How anybody could say that he was somehow on her side is beyond me.

This has been a good election year for conspiracy theories. The good news is nearly 3 months remain leaving room for some new theories to surface.
