Trump's whole empire is built according to some on illegalities which would make him a crook as well as a lunatic. He also according to much evcidence and many dog whistles is interested in rebuilding the US as a white supremacist nation.

But the truth is that you’d have to work incredibly hard to find a politician who has the kind of history of corruption, double-dealing, and fraud that Donald Trump has. The number of stories which could potentially deserve hundreds and hundreds of articles is absolutely staggering. Here’s a partial list:

•Trump’s casino bankruptcies, which left investors holding the bag while he skedaddled with their money

•Trump’s habit of refusing to pay contractors who had done work for him, many of whom are struggling small businesses

•Trump University, which includes not only the people who got scammed and the Florida investigation, but also a similar story from Texas where the investigation into Trump U was quashed.

•The Trump Institute, another get-rich-quick scheme in which Trump allowed a couple of grifters to use his name to bilk people out of their money

•The Trump Network, a multi-level marketing venture (a.k.a. pyramid scheme) that involved customers mailing in a urine sample which would be analyzed to produce for them a specially formulated package of multivitamins

•Trump Model Management, which reportedly had foreign models lie to customs officials and work in the U.S. illegally, and kept them in squalid conditions while they earned almost nothing for the work they did

•Trump’s employment of foreign guest workers at his resorts, which involves a claim that he can’t find Americans to do the work

•Trump’s use of hundreds of undocumented workers from Poland in the 1980s, who were paid a pittance for their illegal work

•Trump’s history of being charged with housing discrimination

•Trump’s connections to mafia figures involved in New York construction

•The time Trump paid the Federal Trade Commission $750,000 over charges that he violated anti-trust laws when trying to take over a rival casino company

•The fact that Trump is now being advised by Roger Ailes, who was forced out as Fox News chief when dozens of women came forward to charge him with sexual harassment. According to the allegations, Ailes’s behavior was positively monstrous; as just one indicator, his abusive and predatory actions toward women were so well-known and so loathsome that in 1968 the morally upstanding folks in the Nixon administration refused to allow him to work there despite his key role in getting Nixon elected.

I'd take the lunatic option, but I dunno if you can go by me, like Waylon said "I've always been crazy but it's kept me from goin' insane". 😉

Trump along with Christie have a practice of labeling all Clinton activity as criminal. By that standard these all fall into that category.

What are you talking about? There is a link to an article on Trump and Corruption which would involve illegalities. I am also sure were any of those points pursued as zealously as the Clinton email stuff there would be plenty to discuss.

You did not cite the link with the post which is deceptive on your part.

It's your side that redefined illegality as any issue involving Clinton. This is what Christie and the crowd stomped about at the Republican convention when they screamed something like guilty send her to jail,. You create a new standard you need to live with it.

Then she should stop lying. She's been caught in about a dozen lies about her handling of secret documents so far. You mean to tell me that you believe her when she says she didn't know that "C" meant classified? Maybe she really does have a brain injury.

Illegality? Oh please. They are all examples of why he should be elected POTUS!!

Check his post. He's the one that used the term and got called on it. Is that fair?

What are you talking about? There is a link to an article on Trump and Corruption which would involve illegalities.

Illegalities like filing for bankruptcy, multi-level marketing, and choosing the wrong adviser? I hope you're not a lawyer.

And here you go again! Why should we opine about her medical situation while not questioning Trump's obvious obesity brought on by daily fast food and the fact that he has supplied the public with zero medical data outside of a crazy letter that states he tested positive for everything? And what was his draft deferment for? It could have some impact on life expectancy and so we need to know. And for the record Trump lies about every second sentence.

Trump is the most lying candidate in the history of candidates. No, that's not hyperbole. I believe it is true, the record proves it. Hate on HRC all you want but if you disavow her for lying then support trump you are part of the problem not the solution.

What's he lying about to try to cover something up? I don't understand her constant lying if she has nothing to hide. Not a wise move if you're already viewed as being untrustworthy and a liar.

...we need to figure out if we'd be better off with a crook or a lunatic as President.

That's not clearing it up for me on who's who. 😉
