I signed up in March.

OK, you signed up in March which means you were probably covered from April 1. That means you were covered for 75% of 2014. That means that your premium should have risen by 25% in 2015 to cover you for an entire year. But your rates only went up by 15.6 %. So you actually saw your overall rate reduced for 2015. Congratulations! Another Obamacare success story.

While I can't speak for Alloak,,,not sure I understand your logic,
My MONTHLY premium is going up another 12% this yr. on top of higher premiums now.
Some people do pay less, but far more here in NY seem to have much higher premiums,co-pays,out of pocket ect...(among those who paid before, and pay now)
YMMV

Bottom line is the monthly check I send to pay for my health policy will be 15.6% higher starting in January than the monthly check I send now. He's trying to spin that into some kind of positive development? That's an increase of roughly six time the inflation rate for a policy I haven't used one time. If that's a success story, I don't need any more success. Thanks.

Well use it! Get a check up. Get a blood work up. My doctor has improved my life by putting me on a path to a healthier more robust life.

That is not how you presented it. How many more times are you going to change your bs story?
