Regarding the opioid crisis, I don't think there'd be one if it only affected poor, black, or brown people, now that GOP kiddies are becoming are becoming junkies,suddenly there's a crisis,just sayin'.

A huge step - New York is slow to change, the entrenched oldboys have been dragging their feet on marijuana reform for decades. When New York legalizes pot it won't be long until the feds do likewise.
