Man Sues Ford Over His Truck Used for Jihad

We all know for years we've seen al Qaida fighters driving Toyota trucks. Now a man says the Ford he traded in Texas ended up in Syria and is being used by fighters waging jihad. They did not even bother to take his business name and phone number off the truck.
The complaint claims that AutoNation is guilty of, among other things, gross negligence, common-law fraud, negligent misrepresentation and invasion of privacy by appropriation of name. Oberholtzer’s trade-in in October 2013, was sold to a local used car dealer. According to the lawsuit, a vehicle history report says that the truck was imported to Mersin, Turkey, on Dec. 18, 2013.
The Islamic State is known for featuring Toyota trucks and SUVs in its graphic propaganda videos, prompting the U.S. government to ask the Japanese automaker why so many of its products have landed in the militant group’s clutches. [comment: because they are good trucks, they don't mind paying the money to buy them and have them shipped and driven there].
Remarks: Well they all have to drive something, and if they did not get them from the US, they would get them from the Saudis, it's just kind of funny your used car or truck ends up being used in jihad.
