Apparently some can overlook all the intellectual property theft, the recent threats to reduce or cut off medical supplies, the currency manipulation, the influence pedaling on US campuses, and the growing military challenges. Its understandable, since so many of our political and media elites have been bought off and now carry the communist's message for them here. Listening to our media in recent days make excuses for the Chinese and attack the President is like listening to Neville Chamberlain in the 30's saying that he has secured "peace for our time" with the Germans. The British elites at the time, much like ours now, were big fans of appeasement.
Anyone thinking that the communist's plan isn't to overtake and subjugate us economically and militarily is deluded. But I give them credit, they are waging this fight in a much more subtle and sophisticated way than the Germans tried with Europe. I hope this current crisis exposes them, and more importantly wakes up Americans to the fact that they are not allies and we must defend our businesses, our economy, and our needs more aggressively.

Yes, you've explained why people far less sensitive and more ignorant used to use these regional labels, but it's not an excuse to rename a disease that affects everyone. If we did that, we'd call illiteracy "Alabama Disorder". But we don't do that.

You couldn't anyway. If you called illiteracy a "state Disorder", it would have to be the state with the highest rate of illiteracy. Alabama has a 15% rate of illiteracy. The sate with the highest in the US with a 23% rate-California. New York is second with 22%.
