Ok, here you go, a thread to come right out and say why you all despise Clinton. I hear it over and over - " I didn't like Trump but I voted to keep Hillary out", "she would have been a disaster", and on an on. Anyone who actually respected Hillary Clinton, let alone voted for her, is hiding in the icebox.

There has never once been any kind of rationale offered as to why the demonization and criminalization of Hillary Clinton. Looks to me like everyone was just trained to "sic em".

Figured this would be better than just yelling Lock Her Up and calling her Crooked Hillary, and sniping at her without the chance to really say why you loathe her.

Have fun!

Bingo! You hit the nail on the head. Trump knew his fans would need to justify their behavior somehow, so he gave them the justification they needed, and effectively brainwashed them all like sheep.

I posted the below in another thread:

Given everything that we've seen and learned of Trump, I have a hard time believing that anyone can still believe that Trump could ever be considered the lesser of two evils.

Writing from the icebox, here.

It's as simple as the US isn't ready for a woman to be president. A pu$$ygrabbing TV celebrity w/porn stars & playmates on his arm isn't as scary to certain segments of the population as a smart woman. DJT tapped into that.

Yep. Pretty cold in this here icebox. Just brought it up because I have never seen a reaction to a candidate like this, ever. Two years in and folks are still going off - like it caused PTSD or something.

I've never gotten it. Trump didn't invent it; he just exploited it. There was the same visceral reaction to her when BC was gov of Arkansas. The primary reason - cited frequently by BC's opponent - was that she didn't use BC's name. She was Hilary Rodham & therefore, had to be an "ardent feminist" & bad for the state. She's been polarizing since Day 1.

If the president really wants to "lock her up", he should just give her a job in his administration.

I'm tired of the Clintons and I wish they'd just go away. They are arrogant and they have a "it has to be about me attitude". Next to Donald Trump, Bill Clinton was the last person I wanted to see in the White House even as the First Husband or whatever. That being said, between the two 2016 candidates (shows how pathetic our electorate is if they were the best we could do), Hillary Clinton was the devil we knew and at least her administration and demeanor would be more Presidential than the current occupant at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

I don't hate either Bill or Hillary Clinton. I have nothing against them, just that their views often do not align with mine. If Hillary was President right now I would be fine. I was fine when Bill was President, I was fine with W, Obama and Trump. I mean it is an important position obviously and pushes the country, and really the world, in lots of different directions, but ultimately my life would go on much like it is right now no matter who was President. And instead of picking the positions to defend on here with President Trump, I would be picking the positions to disagree with a would've-been President Hillary Clinton.

Honestly I post on current events and issues here because most who post here (or did) don't share my view, so I have an opportunity to kind of make or prove a unique point among the skeptics and I get to see their responses. I like that. So I pick things that align with a Republican President that I believe in to support here...because we all know most here already does a good enough job criticizing Republican policy. So that is my role here, and I enjoy it.

Back to the 2016 election, as I said back during that time, I didn't vote for Donald Trump because he was a Republican, I actually voted for him hoping he wasn't a Republican - which at the time a number of people were questioning Trump's belief in core Republican principles, and was he actually more liberal than this or that and would he actually be able to broker some compromise with both sides of the isle. Well, we know the answer now. Or maybe you all can say 'I knew it all along, why would you think otherwise?'. Lots of people questioned otherwise.

So we have all the other baggage that is Trump and then at the end of the day he ends up being just another partisan who has done much more to divide everyone than bring anyone together. Maybe I should've seen that coming, but I took a chance.

Still think there are a couple things I will go to bat for him on, but I won't be placing my vote for Donald Trump in 2020.

We have just four choices in a general presidential election...vote for the D, vote for the R, vote for the I or don't vote and really I don't think any one of those 4 choices really matters that much to an over whelming majority of people in this country. Hell, what percentage of people don't even care to vote? People just go about their lives regardless of who is in the White House, in the end we are all just political footballs. They all use us to get their power. I bet we'd all be happier to just stop caring sometimes.

Hilary had already raised the rage of the Limbaugh crowd years ago, and all too often, it has been impossible for them to articulate their actual grips. You're more likely to hear that she's a feminazi, she's a bitch, she's a c--t than you are to hear some actual discussion of her policies or beliefs.

I am sure someone will cure that here by copying and pasting something from Ben Shapiro. Lol.

Sounds like someone running afoul of the no name-calling/derogatory comments about poster policy of the board.

Precisely. Disparagement w/o answering the question as to why there is such vitriol against a smart, well-educated & experienced woman.

Still mystified by the repeated use of the adjective "crooked" for HRC when DJT's inner circle are making plea deals, serving sentences, and awaiting sentencing for crimes.

Or someone who rubbed their last two dimes together and gave it to Trump to build his imaginary wall.

Hey Brer, just look at all these well thought out responses from conservatives who hate Hillary, lol. Maybe they needed time to research what the talking points are. Or more likely, we won’t hear anything because they don’t know anything about Hillary, and they don’t know why they hate her. They just do because Donald told them to. That simple. It’s the emails, she lies, she’s crooked. Wow, how original! A politician lied????? And is corrupt???? No way! And they run with it like sheep. Sad to watch actually.

Here’s another question we won’t get an answer to - What does “voting against Hillary” have to do with Trump getting the Republican nomination over 18 other candidates? Every Trump supporter denies they voted for him for the nomination....so sad.

shes a rockstar! - super popular , no need to rig elections to get her elected

shes a financial genius, taking a 1000 dollar investment in cattle futures and getting a 6 figure return. SHes amazing!

She's a super entrepreneur, having created a "product" that amassed her a huge fortune, rivaling microsoft windows or the iphone or amazon, even though she spent her entire career in public government jobs with decent salaries, she is now a billionaire. Only a superhero could do that.

Her love of baseball is so great she needs to root for two NY teams.

The people voted for Donald Trump because they hated Hillary Clinton narrative is false.

The people knew Hillary Clinton was corrupt, a criminal and a habitual liar with no message. Calling the American people deplorable is a perfect example of how she thinks about the people.

They voted for Donald Trump because he brought actual policies and solid positions to the campaign addressing the problems facing our country.

20 posts in and not one specific point, just reworks of "Crooked Hillary", "Lock Her Up", and "I voted against Hillary". Sic em Bowser. Arf.

We get the idea. I'd say let the thread die, no sense in more of the same.

The specifics of Hillary Clinton's corruption, crimes and habitual lying have already been posted here in the WP many times.

The Bill and Hillary Tour is dying fast.

This was the first presidential election that i didnt vote in. I walked in; purposely left the vote for president empty; pulled the lever and left.

re Hillary. She may claim to be a feminist but she tore into Monica Lewinsky and defended her Bill like trailer trash. When challenged she called a large part of the poulation deplorables.

So Buddhists set themselves on fire when the are passive aggressive. I just didnt vote

And btw everyone said "by not voting you basically gave your vote to _____" People didnt get it

Trump effectively brainwashed the sheep by turning “Hillary” into a code for Democrat, liberal, and minorities. Democrats became code for minorities. Hillary was leading the Democrats and therefore the leader of minorities. By making Hillary public enemy #1, he gave the sheep an easy path for them to unleash their rage against the rapist Mexicans, the blacks with nothing to lose, and the Muslims that must be banned from coming here. Their hatred for Hillary is just hatred for the types of Americans they hate. Otherwise, we’d hear about specific things that Hillary has done that are unique to her, rather than “she lied”, “she’s corrupt”, which describes most politicians since the beginning of time.

And what does Hillary have to do with how Republicans chose Trump out of the other 18 candidates? They wanted TRUMP, period, because of his rhetoric. Hillary has nothing to do with it and they know it. They are just too cowardly to admit it.

Trump's inner circle have pleaded guilty to crimes for working on / covering up for Trump, some are going to jail, have possibly been associated with Russian interference, etc. Pretty funny even the execs at National Enquirer admit to covering up hush money paid by Trump. All of these associates of Trump are bad guys & guilty of things, but Donnie is pure and innocent of everything? The wagons are circling. Possibly / probably Trump & family are next.

The HOR went blue as Trump was on the ballot, and America spoke & rejected him in big numbers.

Yet here is goob - still obsessed with old news, Hillary Clinton who is no longer relevant. Please goob - try living in the present.

Maureen Dowd could use the same advice - forget the Clintons. They're way old news. So, they're on the speaker circuit along w/every other former P, VP, cabinet member, ambassador, and any politico who can get an agent. Not worth a NYT column.

Who can legitimately stand by DJT's character when even tabloid kings are giving him up to save themselves & their cash?
