I think the bowl game match ups this year are great. As a Big Ten fan, I like that there are four Big Ten / Pac Ten games:
Purdue/Arizona
Michigan State/Washington State
Penn State/Washington
Ohio State/USC Really looking forward to this. Reminds me of the old Rose Bowl games in the 70s & 80s.
Regarding Michigan State, MSU fans are livid that Michigan gets a New Years Day game and the Spartans are in The Holiday Bowl.
Oh Jerry, The Rose & Sugar Bowls aren't on at the same time. 😉

Army / Navy was entertaining. Always a fun game. Maybe Army is going to start a trend in this.

If there was not a single college football game played beyond that Army-Navy game I would be content and happy. That was a great game, everything else is going to pale in comparison to me. The season is over. It's always anti-climactic for me at this point.

There is no point spread.

OK I just looked. Right next to where you check your "pick" there is a box that says "move". Once you click move the board opens up with buttons that say "here". Click that and it moves to that spot.
So far there is 4 of us signed up; me, Lee, Sang and DanB. Let's get the pick'em group together for one more piece of action this football season!

These last 3 bowl games have been just dreadful to watch. Some of the most uncompetitive one-sided games in a row I can ever remember.
Only 2 of 8 bowl games so far have been decided by single digits. Looks like it will be 2 of 9 the way this Ohio game is going.

I kind of like CMU over Wyoming in the next one. I think this one should be close.

Yes I do believe the Central Mich - Wyoming game will be a close one. Pretty similar teams really. Wyoming fans weren't real happy with their bowl draw. I guess Boise isn't very easy (or cheap) for them to get to even though it is pretty close as the crow flies. CMich probably won't have a ton of fans there either. I think CMich should be fairly motivated however...unless they transfered in, no CM player has won a bowl game. 2 of their 3 prior losses were 1 possession games. Josh Allen gets so much hype, too much if you ask me. He did have a very good 2016 with some good WRs/TE and RB weapons, this year it is just him and his playmaking has been greatly hurt by it. I think if Allen relies more on his legs and running today rather than the passing game that is Wyoming's best chance. CM has a decent QB, you might remember, former UM Shane Morris.
Likely going to be cold and snowy.

Yeah, this game sucked too. I've been about done with college football since Army-Navy. Trying to keep the passion going, but it is fake at this point. These games have sucked. Central Michigan turned it over 8 times today, EIGHT! SMU turned it over 6 times. These teams aren't just losing, they are turning in their worst, or near worst efforts of the entire season!
Hoping for no defense at all for S Fla and T Tech game.

I took SDSU. They've seen two option teams this year and their coach's teams are 11-1 against option teams the last twelve games. Plus, it isn't that Army doesn't pass, they can't pass. SDSU isn't all that exciting, but, I think they have the athletes to cover. They'll feed Penny a bunch today.

I had a large investment in App St but still I can't fathom Toledo getting shut out. Some of these teams just don't seem to care. At least the USF and Army games were very good entertainment.
