Auburn jumped to -12. Glad I got it earlier.

Auburn's onsale in the second half 6-13, -7, all they need to do is win. You buying that?

It just went to 8 where we use.

Coot, do you use a website for your lines and then call it in or is it old school all verbal lines? We use scoresandodds

Go Dawgs! Go Tigers!

Strat, care to give your feelings on the potential with Chip Kelly in charge? Are you optimistic or pessimistic on his ability to make UCLA relevant for PAC12 titles and perhaps beyond?

I would have. My guy offers no money line or second half bets. Just straight action.

I check the lines online just to see if my guy is close or not.

How 'bout that LSU kicker? One upped Miami's kicker by missing a 22 harder.

Mad Mad Mad

Did I mention I hate friggin' kickers.

Credit to UCF, when they could have folded, came firing back.

A cover by LSU would be nice at this point.

Who does everyone like in the last two games?

I have the Dawgs, does that count as the same? 😉

Took over too.

Here, 'Bama went to -3 1/2, total at 48. Just might like the under there more than a team.

Doesn't look like any of us got rich yesterday. Notre Dame saved things for me. I hate rooting for them because I can't stand them but $ is $, right?

I can't believe Michigan's implosion yesterday. That was terrible. I hope that transfer QB they just got gets to play next year. I haven't heard the status of his situation.

I had Oklahoma to win it all so I am bummed about losing but I can't stand Mayfield so I guess it isn't all bad.

For the first time since I can remember, UCLA got their first choice as coach. The powers-that-be went all out, something none of us expected. (I didn't think they'd fire CJM due to his $11.8 mill buyout.). Obviously CCK had been successful and has plenty of cache. But as with any coach, you don't know until 3-4 seasons down the road if it was a good hire. Personally, I'm in wait and see mode.

Of course, the day of his official hire, UCLA was already hitting up fans and supporters for money. It's a business.

Great Rose Bowl yesterday. I hope UGA still has plenty in the tank to take on Bama in the NC game. Bama is out for blood.

And down the stretch they come, winner of his last 7 of 9 picks for an average confidence of 36 pts hoffcl takes the lead!

The Alabama - Georgia game will determine first, second and third place. Lee is 2 pts back in second with 3 confidence pts remaining. hoffcl has 41 pts left so Chris will need to lose and Lee win with opposite pick to get the win. If hoffcl and Lee both pick incorrect and I get it right with 41 pts remaining I can take the lead Monday. And not to be forgotten is Sang, best he can do is tie for 3rd and DanB is looking towards next year.

Actually, I ended up doing well. Two clunkers to start but I went big and Georgia and the over and the under in the late game. Obviously, Georgia's big rally helped considerably, that one was looking like a wash early on.

Alabama -4 with a total of 45 next Monday.

Thoughts everyone?

Thinking about parlaying Alabama and the over. Can't stand 'bama but they are better and I think both offenses can put up the low 20s point wise.

I used to bet these things called teasers where you would get six points for the two or three teams you wanted. Payouts were straight up, you just got the points. Thay were called teasers for a reason. You never won. 😉

Agree, teasers are just a way for the books to get more juice on. Same with those various parlay cards sportsbooks have (superteasers and such). No wonder why all the books give you more and more ways to bet ,because off most people, in more somebody bets the more the book wins.

I will watch the game next Monday. Probably pick somebody right before kickoff. The national title game is literally the least important game for me all season. I kind of check out after the regular season, but I have a duty to see the bowls through as a way of closing down my obsession rather than going cold turkey.

I took Alabama -4 and over 45 on a parlay. What the heck, last college bet of the year.

Still mulling this one. Bama looked super tough on D Monday night. The offense was really pedestrian though.... run, try and gain field position, punt, play D. Georgia, I think, has much better offensive options than Clemson did. Fromm is a much better passer and GA will have to be able to pass so that they can run also. GA has better RBs than Clemson. Just depends if their offensive line can handle the Bama pressure or not. I'm still undecided, but if the points climb further, pretty sure I'll be on the Bulldogs. Possibly even if the points remain the same. I really don't get a feel yet on the total.

The line is actually 4.5. I bought an extra half point to get it to 4. Anything 3, 4 and 7 can be worth a shot doing that.

We shall see!

Got my sheet today, +4 1/2 for the Dawgs. I wonder if it will go higher closer to game time. Think I'll grab it before it drops.

What the hey, last college game, I'll have some on 'Bama although I despise Saban. You bet with your wallet, not your heart.

Stupid Georgia. Gutsy call by Saban changing QBs. Lost his starting left tackle too. Enjoy the cash!
