Anyone Else Rooting For The Chicago Cubs?

I sure am. Any team in any sport which has gone 107 years without a title..........I'm all in!
Both of my Bay area teams are out, so why not?

Go Cubs!
My Nats are history. I like the whole "Back to the Future" myth.
Looking forward to Michael J. Fox throwing out the first pitch in the World Series.

No.

I'm 57 years old and went to my first Cub playoff game yesterday. It was easier and cheaper to buy tix in St Louis. Standing room only are $250 at Wrigley.
You're probably familiar with Steve Goodman's song "A Dying Cub Fans Last Request" ..
.. wrote almost 40 years ago about suffering Cub baseball!
Here's the story of the billy goat curse put on the Cubs ... http://www.history.com/news/how-a-billy-goat-cursed-the-chicago-cubs
It was also the first time I've been to "new Busch". They did a nice job building that stadium and surrounding area. The old park was brutal. went once and had no desire to ever return.

If Cubs make it to the WS, the whole country will be behind them!

One series down, but two more to negate this 107 year jinx.
Cubs look very much for real to me, lots of talent at the plate and on the mound. I grew up in L.A. with Koufax and Drysdale, but even if the Cubs face the Dodgers, I think I'll have to pull for them.

No love for the Cardinals, but I hope the Cubs lose the next round in epic fashion.

Lifelong fan of the Royals and Cubs. I'm all in!

I am with you on this one! Not the lifelong part of course, but I'm on the bandwagon for the next few weeks.
