Andrew Luck Knocks Peyton Manning Out of the Playoffs

Well I guess if there's been any animosity towards the Colts in Indianapolis for replacing Peyton Manning with Andrew Luck four years ago............Luck pretty much did away with all that yesterday. I could see his freshman year at Stanford that he was going to be a great one.
Indy's defense gets BIG kudos though in this one...........

Denver announced that Peyton played the end of the season with a partially torn quad.
Even so; watching Luck win has to be like watching your ex sleep with her new man

I am a team fan first than a player fan. It was sad when Peyton left here in Indy, but Jim Irsay made the right decision at that time. He did what was best for the franchise.
Luck is a pretty special player for how young he is. He does not get rattled. Makes a mistake, moves on with confidence.
They probably played they're best game of the season against Denver yesterday. The D played very well and the O line held up .Thats something they have not done much of this past season.
The Colts have been pretty lucky dodging bullets with they're quarter backs in the draft. They almost could have gone with Ryan Leaf and Robert Griffin.
Indy will have they're hands full with the Pats this weekend.
oh and I just heard John Fox was let go from Denver. Not sure if I agree with that. Maybe more to the picture than what I know.

Everyone has a plan, till you get punched in the face,

Have heard that John Fox may have one of the open NFL spots locked up....as in it was an under the table deal even before the Indy game, like 'when my season is over with the Broncos I'd like to become the coach of _________ team'. Let's see if he is announced as somebody's coach soon. I was in Denver over the weekend so that is the talk on the sports radio. The OC, the DC and possibly some are suggesting even the head coach were interviewing for jobs in the off week and the commitment, gameplan and relationships of the coaches leading into the Indy game are being called into question. That and Manning looked the worst I have ever seen him play since coming to Denver.
Indy deserved the win. Better coached, better execution and more "want to".

If Peyton was hurt that bad how was it not in the mandatory injury report that teams are required to present????

People will only know what Peyton wants them to know.
