As a newcomer to DC, Trump has had a lot on his plate since day 1. Is he just impatient with getting results from those who were in these positions, or were they just not up to the tasks at hand? He is demanding because he wants the best administration possible to further the agenda set forth. There seems to be a lot needed to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN. Service to this country has never been more demanding. It is not for the faint at heart, it is not business as usual in DC because there is a new Sheriff in town and he wants to get things done.
Those who accept nominations should realize the realm they are being called to perform in. The public meanwhile should try to support the person who has pledged to turn this country around for the good.
P.S. Turnover has occurred in all the administrations, it has just been at lower levels than this time around.

The high turnover is two fold.
First, many (most?) Of Trump's appointments were people who were politically connected or to please a certain portion of his base. He did not appoint qualified people.
Second, those who were appointed that did have an ounce of qualification knew that doing their job properly and in the best interest of the country was not in line with what Trump asked. If you want to remain in the Trump administration, you must remain loyal to Trump over loyalty to country. It is the classic dictatorship model of operation. If my boss tells me to do my job in a manner that would destroy the US or was asked to lie everyday in a manner that would destroy my reputation, I'd leave too.
