A List of Positive Results of the Trump Presidency

List follows:

The asterisk next to his name forever marking him as the most corrupt apprentice prez we've had

The most transparent president ever. Has complied with every request from Congress never holding back documents and always making staff / appointees available upon request.
Has shown the skill & ability to be played by dictators like no other president before. Putin is at the top of the list beating out KJU in a close race. These are men of admirable traits for our president to emulate & look up to.

He has shown great moral character to the young people in this nation.
He has eliminated the deficit.
He has gotten Mexico to pay for a wonderful wall.
He has the respect of our allies throughout the world.
He has made wonderful decisions to protect our Kurd allies, keeping ISIS prisoners secure, all because our Turkish allies respect Trump so much and/or fear him.
He has made peace with North Korea and stopped their missile program.
He has a charity that provides the best charity to people in need and is never illegally used for personal gain.
He only hires the best and most honest people.
He is truly concerned with corruption in nations that may have dirt on his political rivals, and gently encourages them to announce investigations without actually requiring those poor countries to spend their hard earned dollars actually conducting an expensive investigation.
Loosens those pesky air and water pollution rules, because breathing healthy air and drinking clean water doesn't grow jobs in the health care sector.
Speaking of health care, he has eliminated health care insurance to the poor, so they can once again go to the emergency rooms for free instead of paying those copay fees to doctors.
And finally, he has united the country as one, reminding us that we are strongest when we work together, regardless of ethnicity, income, or religion.

Do you have special access to his reelection campaign material? All these look like what he will run on. Trump - a president America needs forever even if it causes me to lose $100.00.

Last week a Trump enabler told me people don't like Trump becasue of his "style". Yep - that would be it. I guess if we get past his "style" then all else is good.

I guess you can call a lack of ethics, morals, humanity, and the inability to tell the truth a "style".
Any of those people ready to send their kids to the ME for his latest "Positive result" by assassinating Soleimani
Another positive result we're sending 3000+ troops there. What happened to bringing them home. He also sent troops to Saudi Arabia...oh yeah just re-positioned them there after his other positive result of giving one of our bases to Russia...How nice

He's assured us a lasting peace in the Middle East.
Once the radioactivity makes the world habitable again.

There needs to be a revolution in Iran. This reset in American policy to Iran is a good thing.

There needs to be a revolution in the GOP. Almost an entire party has rolled over for a despot and begged to have it shoved up their a$$.

Sure because that worked so well in Syria and Afghanistan. As well as our removal of dictators in Iraq and Libya working so well.
Those who cannot learn from history are doomed to repeat it.
If I was a cynic I would almost think Trump is trying to start a war to distract us from the impeachment and bump his polls. Nothing like a good war to bump a Presidents poll ratings, rally his supporters and distract his haters.

Nothing cynical about it as I suspect that's exactly what Trump is doing. Remember, it's always what's best for Caligula, the nation as a whole be damned.
As I viewed a clip of Trump's inner circle partying away in Mara Lago, specifically Jared Kushner, I couldn't help but wonder why middle class America doesn't wake up to the con being played upon them....Do they think Jared will pick up a rifle and man the line? Are they that oblivious to such a self-serving president and his minions?

Excellent WSJ editorial worth a read if you can get thru the paywall:
Justice Arrives for Soleimani
Trump acted against a terrorist who killed hundreds of Americans.

Not sure that it is cynical thinking. Trump has a pattern of injecting new diversions when the going gets hot on issues. He is predictable.
This hit in Iraq looks like it's warranted, and Soleimani was a bad bad guy with plenty of American blood on his hands. The bigger issue is whether Trump is thinking ahead to what may come next, and how prepared we are for something that could get really ugly. Trump is an impulsive thinker / actor and many times catches those around him off guard. This is not the time for him winging things. Wonder what General James Mattis would think or advise, but remember that Mattis could no longer work for someone like Trump. He reached a tipping point.
Maybe none of this would have happened if Trump didn't undo the accord that Obama worked out with Iran. But Trump's motives just like undoing Obamacare is to undo Obama's legacy. It's not based upon Trump's better policies. In these two examples what has Trump done to make things better - answer nothing but more instability.

But, but, but...Wasn't Caligula against more American involvement in the Middle East? His actions and the past few months of more American service men and women being sent there to protect his business partners in Saudi Arabia and Israel go against everything he ran on.
It's our presence there that's the problem....Little Caligula claimed he'd bring them home. I guess that isn't the case when he's got real estate to develop or a loan he and his son-in-law need to make good on.

There are plenty of bad guys who deserve a similar fate but this action seems ill advised and stinks of diversion to me, a reason to provoke the Iranians, and a way to pump up his polls. If history has taught me anything it is that Americans love a good "trumped" war. Pun intended.

Isn't it amazing how great the US intelligence was for him to make the strike but yet he's done nothing but dog our intelligence agencies until now...
We've had many chances since the endless ME wars broke out to kill him and other presidents have taken the advice to not. Russia was consulted and congress wasn't....WTF is up with that?

Russia was consulted and congress wasn't....WTF is up with that?
Because 1) Putin holds leverage over Trump and 2) Trump only sees Congress' role as a rubber stamp (Senate) on judges and as a body to block his impeachment.

Unemployment is at 3.9%

Unemployment is at 3.9%
Yes and he should thank President Obama for that as he cut the unemployment from above 10% to in the 5% range by the time he left office despite the poop sandwich economic mess Bush left him. Trump's economy is riding the coattails of Obama saving this county from the next great Depression.
To give Trump credit he at least did not muck up what Obama had accomplished but he and his followers love to take credit for the turnaround Obama orchestrated.
Here is some real news that tells the story of the economy under both Presidents.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/2019/08/20/trump-v-obama-economy-charts/
Also funny how when it was announced that unemployment under Obama was in the 5% range Trump claimed this was fake news and it was really closer to 20% but now under his administration the same government calculated numbers are the real deal.

Well, that's one good thing at least.....that many other presidents have done before. Pretty sad that we have to highlight a mundane achievement that we've all seen before. Yippee.
On top of that, lets play kick the can down the road. The modern day Trump GOP is a fiscally conservative party?????
"The U.S. deficit hit $984 billion in 2019, soaring during Trump era"
2 key paragraphs from that article follow:
The U.S. government’s budget deficit ballooned to nearly $1 trillion in 2019, the Treasury Department announced Friday, as the United States’ fiscal imbalance widened for a fourth consecutive year despite a sustained run of economic growth. The deficit grew $205 billion, or 26 percent, in the past year.
The country’s worsening fiscal picture runs in sharp contrast to President Trump’s campaign promise to eliminate the federal debt within eight years. The deficit is up nearly 50 percent in the Trump era. Since taking office, Trump has endorsed big spending increases and steered most Republicans to abandon the deficit obsession they held during the Obama administration.

What's perhaps most discerning about an economy that can't seem to grow beyond 3% in a good month is that the deficits (partly created by absurd tax cuts for the rich and already flush international corporations) and fed policies being utilized to maintain this monthly growth are becoming the norm. We're not getting much bang for the buck so to speak. It's unsustainable.
In other words, the price we're paying for this minimal growth is certainly causing long term destruction to the American balance sheet. So much so that we're getting very close to the point where the annual federal budget will barely be able to service the debt and fund the rest of government.
Sadly, Trump supporters can't seem to get beyond the unemployment figure and see the big picture of what their dear leader is doing to their children's future. Seems I recall Little Donnie, ever the genius economist, claimed he'd get annual economic growth up in 5-6% range within a year. How's he doing so far?
