What kind of show at Watkins Glen?
Something that ABB fans would go to ?

I haven't heard or read about any rumors. Please elaborate

But where do you get this info from?

I didn't realize Diet 7UP has been around since at least '73.

Thought the big guys started introducing Diet in the late 70's / early 80's

It's pretty awesome watching these guys fly around this little track in Bristol too!

Totally different races, both awesome.

I wish they would add another maybe 2 road courses to the season.

Speaking of little tracks, I watched the Truck Series Mud-Summer Classic for the first time this year. It was a real blast. Top notch drivers in crazy conditions on a tiny track and a short race. Perfect TV viewing.

we shall see come next summer. i have no reason whatsoever to throw something like that out there to waste everyone's time...

Phish just played 3 nights there. The reports have indicated it was a good weekend.

Watkins Glen President was on Fox Sports 1280 with John Ditullio in Rochester, NY a week before the Glen doing promotions for the race and he 'leaked' the information i said above.

Here's an old thread which I totally forgot about until now! Apparently, someone above mentioned about a 2016 festival at Watkins Glen. One which I was very skeptical about.

Obviously this never panned out, as it's Summer 2016 now. A festival with Springsteen and the Stones and Foreigner and DMB seems a bit far fetched
