Hard to tell from crummy audio from net, but orchestra was drowned out, and given minimal role it seems.

I thought the same on this - couldn’t really hear the orchestra in the vid. I saw Deep Purple play with an orchestra live at The Beacon a bunch of years ago and same as this vid, you really couldn’t hear the orchestra.
