Thanks Rob. I think that BN sale ended yesterday. I'm told they will do another before book is released.

@alpaul I bought the ABB and SRV books and they are excellent. Looking forward to Brothers and Sisters.

I remember when the album dropped. I bought it the first day in August 1973 and it was a new but exciting and interesting sound for the Allman Brothers Band. Chuck Leavell was a big part of why it was a new sound and the four songs Dickey wrote expanded the vibe Dickey introduced to the band first with Revival, then Blue Sky and now FOUR songs, Ramblin' Man, Southbound, Jessica and Pony Boy.

Dickey was casting a longer shadow over the style and sound of the band yet it seemed to still be the Allman Brothers.

The jacket listed Jelly, Jelly on the first pressing and the first copy I bought but the inside sleeve with song and band credits listed track four as Early Morning Blues with Gregg as the writer but the actual 33 1/3 rpm record label listed track four as Jelly, Jelly written by Trade Martin. That was confusing but changed on later pressings.

Can't wait for the book.
