Really interesting video of a walk through of the UMG Iron Mountain tape vaults, with Audio Equipment critic Michael Fremer, if you have and hour and forty one minutes to kill.
I have not watched all of this yet but at the 39 minute mark they find a Gregg Allman tape from 1972
