Does anyone have this? I'm particularly interested in the "Simple Song > I Want to Take You Higher" at the end that's not available on the US version.

Simple Sound / I Want to Take You Higher were bonus tracks as an MP3 download when you bought the live album thru the TTB merchandise link on their site.
