Everyone has a plan, till you get punched in the face,

Watching/listening now. What a great diversion! Thanks, TTB.

We LOVE this band!
Agreed. They are a gift. We see them every time they head West.

What a rip-roaring, enormous, full, satisfying festival of music THAT was. The Jerry Douglas set alone was priceless.
Derek is a rhythm monster. I've sung the guy's praise for eons, mainly as a lead player, and for good reason, but the guy can groove, and he drives the train. "Leaving Trunk" and "Part of Me" are just two examples of his funk. The encore obviously was ridiculously funky. They could have grooved on that for an hour.
And, because I was watching on YouTube, at the end of the show, it launched me into the TTB "Tiny Desk" performance at top volume. YES!!

Yeah, that show and setlist was spectacular! They can change it up and still have it appear seamless; very impressive. I've really enjoyed these Thursday night webcasts!
One thought that keeps occurring to me, is that the TTB sets the bar for band dynamics; that's a lot of musicians on stage bringing it up or turning it down on a nod of Derek's head. It's awesome to observe that skill and focus.

GREAT CALL.... WAS FORTUNATE TO GET TO THE RYMAN IN MARCH 2017 AND MARCH 2018 TO SEE THE BAND.. WHAT AN AMAZING VENUE...ENERGY AND SOUND..WAS ABLE TO CATCH UP WITH KOFI ONE NIGHT IN 2018..THAT WAS GREAT ...

They should ease up on the covers, they have good music of there own.

Has it been taken off?
Everyone has a plan, till you get punched in the face,

Ugh, it has been taken off. I thought I grabbed a screencast of it but the vol was off.

btw - that Marc maron interview is great. so give it a listen on his podcast if/when you can.

That bonus extra 45 minutes of stuff not on the DVD was worth checking.
