So I understand that millions of people are trying for a few thousand Bruce Springsteen tickets. I understand that by sheer luck som will que a second or two earlier than me. What I don't get is how my wait time can go up from 3 to 22 minutes if they don't let others jump the line

GEICO should do a new commercial with frustrated fans trying to buy tickets... if you try to buy tickets from TM for a hot show, you're gonna get shut out... it's what they do... if you want to save 15% on car insurance...
I lucked out and after 10 minutes of "searching" I got 2 for the Saturday in Brooklyn. An hour later I got 2 for Pearl Jam at MSG. I should probably buy a lottery ticket today too! It really is a total crap shoot with TM.
I sincerely hope that everyone here who is trying to get tickets from Ticketbastard manage to get tickets that they truly want....or if not that...at least ones that you can live with.
I don't bother anymore. They took all the fun out of it for me a long time ago...:(
