Not sure if anyone here watches this show, but this guy is on Blake Shelton's team and I"m hoping he wins the whole show. Check out this great performance!!
I watched it last year, when Kat Robichaud (sp?) was on it. I think she made the final 8 or final 4.
Her band played my wedding just the year before. So that was pretty cool.
I've seen this guy a few times and it does nothing for me. To me he comes across like everything is forced. To me he is a caricature of a southern rock guy or a bad Travis Tritt cover band singer. No offense if you enjoy his talent.
The voice starts off being about the actual voice of the singer, then as the season goes on it is about image and marketability which takes away from some really good singers not getting a chance.
I think it's funny a few weeks back one of their producers sent Jason Isbell an email about trying out for the show. Look it up if you haven't seen the article on it.
