Stritch or manzello player with Duane

For years I've seen the sigfile clip on ABBDutchFan's posts. Finally I took a closer look and saw someone playing a manzello or stritch behind Duane and kind of to his right.

Rahsaan Roland Kirk played these, along with an alto (?) sax, simultaneously. This is the only other time I've seen one. Duane liked Kirk a lot, so what's the connection here?

Wow, that is cool, I have never noticed that as many times as I have seen the .gif.
I have always wondered what that clip was from, what did CMT air?

I made that gif years ago - I cut all the clips from the CMT "southern rock" documentary and mixed it with other clips that were (if memory serves) from a documentary that was included on the 2 disk "Duane and Berry" DVD set .
