Everyone has a plan, till you get punched in the face,

Question about Stephen: I always assumed he played the piano on 49 Bye Byes / For What it's Worth on the 4 Way Street album. But I have never seen him play the piano in the 1/2 dozen the times I have seen him with CSN & CSNY. Looks like there will be a similar version on this album. Is he the piano player on that song?

great news for this . wanted more vault releases by stills

Absolutely - Just Roll Tape is xclnt, especially how Treetop Flyer is included at the end as a bonus cut, Totally sounds like the same session as the JRT stuff, very amazing
also great photography of the JRT session by Graham Nash - who I’ve noticed also has a new one, “Now” - gotta feeling I’ll dig this as much as David’s releases of later years (RIP bro David)
man there’s a whole trove of his & David’s stuff on a self-titled 2004 Crosby-Nash 2-CD release I’ve never heard a note of -
just have to p/u Graham’s recent one w/Songs For Beginners and Wild Tales - Wild Tales was among the 1st in my collection
this Berkeley release looks cool - am glad to not see Old Times Good Times, no other version could ever top it from Stephen’s 1st album - magic preserved on the studio floor & vinyl - keyboard playing was hardly ever-more energetic & brilliant
keyboard playing - omgosh take a minute to look up Poco’s Kind Woman from Atlanta Pop - like OTGT, way out front w/fantastic organ playing, & it ends w/the nastiest-possible slide solo by Rusty Young
