I haven't see anything on here about this but Simo's new album came out today and was recorded at The Big House with J.D. Simo using Duane's Goldtop.
Simo is a Nashville band who Jack Pearson has sat in with several times. Definitely worth checking out.

Awesome. I heard his version of Texas Flood on XM Bluesville, and loved it (very SRVish, but still different enough to enjoy on its own). Would definitely be excited to check out more of his stuff.
My Brother and I met them when they came over to England. We did an interview .Saw them play live too in the tiny club beneath the street in Soho London.

Downloaded it last night but crashed in the middle of the first song. That is more a commentary on try to have a few drinks after a long week than on the album. I'm excited to listen to it this weekend.
