Goodness I don't even know what to make of that. I think Rich Robinson needs a band and lead singer badly. What is mike farris doing these days? I wish he'd put a band together like hardworking Americans or trigger hippy. Playing a few chords behind a choir doesn't warrant a video.

I guess to each his own. I really liked it, not sure if you follow Rich and his stuff outside of the Crowes, but he has put out some good material. I really dont get Hippy Trigger or Hard Working Americans, my opinion he is beyond both of those bands.

I do like Rich Robinson and his solo material outside of the Crowes. And perhaps he is beyond both trigger hippy and hardworking Americans - but let's face it, he's not a lead singer. He lacks the voice and bravado. That's why the crowes worked so well together. Chris and Rich complemented each other. Nothing in rich's solo work sounds like the song in that video, which isn't bad, but for some reason it doesn't sound like a complete song. I would love for rich to write songs for a new band that has amazing talent from top to bottom. As good as Chris Robinson is (yes I think he's a terrific frontman despite his attitude) everybody is replaceable. Rich should assemble a crew that's mind blowing and especially a lead singer that can compliment his songs.
