I don't know who was in charge when Butch and Gregg were still with us; but now that it's only Jaimoe and Dickey left what's the probability that they will release any live shows from the 90s?
Does Dickey have a say or did he sell his ownership in the band?
I'm guessing Dickey sold his ownership in the band.
Hopefully some more vintage live shows from the original will be released, and not just the ones which Captain Skipper remastered which have been traded by us for decades, and soundboards from the 90s and the early 2000s before the Allmans started with instant live will also be released.
Several years ago, per a discussion with a member of the band's management, things were still structured that each of the surviving band members (including Dickey) had a vote regarding band-related business issues. It was also noted that Gregg was the least open to archive releases. With voting likely passing on to estates I think there is a much greater likelihood for archive material to be released. It has been stated elsewhere that Bill Levison, who has done outstanding work on previous releases, is once more at work behind the scenes on an as yet unstated project, rumored to be the 1971 Fillmore West/Winterland performances. I think the future is bright concerning mining the band's extensive archives.

Trying to remember if it was more than one. Makes me curious if Levinson would be working off of that, or, if source tapes from Wolfgang's Vault might be available to him? Skip worked on two shows Steve ... he re-mastered a soundboard recording of the 1/31 show - which had long been in circulation as an audience recording - and also the 1/30 show which had not previously been available.

From what I heard the ABB organization has a shared ownership rights, along with the Concert Vault organization, to the original performance masters. So this project would in all likelihood be working from the master tapes. Hallelujah!

Sorry, but I've never heard anything in that regard. I can't see why any period, other than the Arista years, would not be considered.
I wonder and recall a vague rumor that Dickey also had some Dune era tapes. Wonder if it's true.... 
If I recall properly, the Fillmore West CD's that Skip worked are 3shows, 28th,30th,31st...
Not only does Dickey have ownership, his title is President (though Gregg signed the last filling as President...not sure the titles really mean anything other than 25% owner).
I'd be a buyer of most anything.

Not sure why you would think that, he is still very much a partner in the Allman Brothers business.
Bert Holman talked about future releases in an interview last spring, including the Fillmore West shows that are in the works:
"We'll keep putting things out as long as there's an appetite for it," Holman, the Allmans' manager during the early '80s and since 1991, tells Billboard. "There's a great deal of material
, and still a lot of interest in hearing these things, we think. We're working on other stuff right now in the creative pipeline."
Allman Brothers Records most recently released The Fox Box, a compilation from a three-night stand at the Fox theatre during 2004. A number of other releases are in motion, including the individual digital release of six 2003 shows from the Instant Live series, as well as a "best of 2003" four-disc set that Holman says will "cull the best songs and put together a mega-concert in terms of sequencing." Also on the near-term docket is a package featuring multiple shows by the original Allmans lineup at the Fillmore West in San Francisco.
A number of other projects are now being considered for release. Among those are a July 19, 2005 concert at the Warner Theatre in Earie, Pa., that like the Grateful Dead's 1977 Cornell University show, is considered by Allmans aficionados to be one of the best the group ever played. A "ferocious" late-period show in Fresno, Calif., before a small (2,000 people) crowd may be dusted off, and Holman is hoping to put the Allmans' final concert, from Oct. 28, 2014 at New York's Beacon Theatre, out in physical form.
The organization also plans to release something from guitarist Jack Pearson's tenure (1997-1999) with the group. "We're trying to figure out which (show) to put out," Holman says. "We'll ask Jack for his memory, any nights that stood out in his mind as a player."
Holman says the Allmans' archival decisions are made "by committee," including veteran music industry executive Bill Levenson. Former Allmans guitarist Warren Haynes also takes an active role in the process. "Warren is very involved in terms of track selection and reviewing performances," Holman says. "Warren has an encyclopedic mind about shows, certain song performances. He makes sure we get things right."
