No mystery who this was written for. Very pretty song IMO, only 2:07 in length.

Per this RS article that a friend just sent me, "Just When I Needed You Most" is a cover tune from 1978. I just assumed that Pegi wrote it. Doesn't matter, IMO her version is really pretty.
